Communication is central to everything we do. Very often when people come to us for a divorce they are consumed by fear or anger and have lost the ability to communicate with their spouses even about their children. There is a difference between "reacting" and "responding". As a first step, we ask them to take off their litigator hats and put on their parent hats.
